Warranty conditions!
- Keep the issued invoice when purchasing!
- After receiving the package, plant the roses as soon as possible!
- After planting, take individual photos of the planted rose bushes and keep the images for the duration of the warranty!
- In case of plant loss, notify us via email with the number and variety of the lost plants ([email protected]) and the invoice number!
- Take individual photos of the lost rose bushes!
- Send the photos of the planted and lost plants to our email address!
- You will receive a refund for the product or, at your request, a replacement!
- In case of replacement, the shipping cost is covered by the buyer!
- The growth guarantee is valid for one month after purchase!
- The warranty does not apply to plants damaged due to drought, frost, or improper care!
