We provide establishment and true-to-type guarantees on the plants we grow and supply.

We guarantee to You that we will send a viable rose true to type. With correct planting and aftercare, the plant will establish and grow well.

A container-grown rose has a root system that ensures reliable establishment.

Planting is possible at any frost-free time of year.

Planting must be carried out with appropriate care.

Establishment guarantee – 2-litre potted rose

We provide an establishment guarantee for the plants we grow. The root system of a potted rose ensures good establishment. Planting is possible at any frost-free time of year.

PharmaRosa® guarantees and options

At PharmaRosa®, it is particularly important to us that You are satisfied with your purchase. Below we summarise the guarantees and options we provide for roses bought from our online shop.

Establishment guarantee

We offer a 1-month establishment guarantee on our products. If, despite correct planting and care, the rose fails to establish or dies, You may claim under the guarantee as follows:

  • Please retain the invoice and photograph the plants upon receipt.
  • Plant the roses as soon as possible, into open ground or a pot of at least 20 litres.
  • Photograph each planted rose individually.
  • If a plant dies, please email:
    • the cultivar name,
    • the number of plants,
    • the invoice number,
    • photographs of the planted plants and those that have died.

We will refund the price of the product.

The establishment guarantee does not apply:

  • in cases of loss due to drought, frost or improper care,
  • if the requested photographs are not provided,
  • for climbing and rambling roses grown in containers.

True-to-type guarantee

All roses we supply are covered by our true-to-type guarantee. If, at first flowering, the plant proves not to be the ordered cultivar, You may choose from the following options:

  • refund of the price of the incorrect cultivar,
  • free replacement with the correct cultivar.

Please submit your claim after flowering, supported with a photograph, by email to our customer service team.

If your claim is submitted more than 6 months after receipt, please attach:

  • the purchase invoice,
  • a photograph of the plants on arrival,
  • the cultivar identification label.
